Cosmos| Psyche | Soma: Healing The Hidden Wounds™ is a weekend intensive in the cutting-edge art and science of mindfulness, somatic psychology, and astrology as modalities in cultivating specific skills for tending to the invisible wounds of relational trauma, depression, and anxiety. 

We will explore how past astrological, psychological, and physiological events that inform maladaptive patterns in the present by:

• Increasing your understanding of relational trauma and its symptoms, as well as its impact on bio (biological)- psycho (psychological)- socio (relational)- spiritual wellbeing;

• Unpacking aspects of your personal cosmology concerning core wounds and beliefs that negatively shape your attachment/relationship style;

• Identifying toxic self-narratives that reinforce undesirable behaviors and leave you susceptible to maladaptive patterns;

• Learning practical psycho-somatic (mind-body) techniques that promote compassionate self-awareness, healthy emotional regulation, and restorative bio-psycho-spiritual self-care.

Cosmos|Psyche|Soma:Healing The Hidden Wounds™ is a 2.5 day intensive workshop held July 31 - August 2, 2020.

We will meet for 2 hours on Friday (July 31), and 7 hours on Saturday (Aug 1) & Sunday (Aug 2) with breaks each day.

Participants will be selected based on their willingness and ability to attend the entire workshop.
